Identify opportunities for AI applications across various business processes.
Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business
improvement.
Extract, document, and manage business requirements to help shape identified
needs into a business solution.
Lead or conduct solution assessment and validation to ensure that functional
specifications meet the identified business needs within the organization; Conduct
complex problem analysis and resolution as needed.
Map processes (to be and as is), customer journeys, touchpoints, interfaces,
and conduct maturity assessments.
Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights using machine learning
algorithms.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of AI models and make necessary
adjustments to improve accuracy.
Identify process requirements, delivery timelines, resources, risks, benefits, costs,
and more.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the desired outcomes from
the process changes.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and
translate them into AI solutions.
Collaborate with data engineering teams to design and implement efficient data
pipelines and architecture to support analysis and projects.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI and data analysis.Qualifications A Bachelor;s degree.
Overall 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
Solid understanding of business process optimization and automation.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
Experience with GenAI frameworks, tools, and technologies, including chatbots
and copilot solutions.
Proficiency in SQL for database querying and experience working with datasets.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
