What this job involves:

Technical content creation and Internal Communication

The candidate will be responsible for internal communications as well as well as collaboration with the Marketing and Communication team to create technical content for publishing externally.

Creating lasting client relationships

This role asks the question \xe2\x80\x9cHow can I add more value to the messaging that goes out internally as well as externally".

The candidate will be responsible for improving the representation of Projects and Development services at external and internal forums through collaboration with the JLL marketing and communication team across organizational events, town halls, open hours, and platforms such as website, social media, and search.
The candidate shall support in creation of relevant content in collaboration with the Marketing team for PDS PR campaigns, media outreach and for content creation on JLL India Platforms.
The candidate shall endeavor to develop and maintain a repository of all marketing collaterals for PDS such as case studies, capability profiles etc
The candidate shall support the leadership team in :

- preparation of email communications such as win announcements, newsletters
- lead the department\xe2\x80\x99s ad-hoc communication requirements and announcements to drive community engagement and build brand presence.

- co-ordinate with project managers to get relevant information for submission of entries to external competition
- driving other communication intiatives such as video capabilities that involves being the SPOC for all outside agencies, vendors etc

This role demands high-level management skills\xe2\x80\x94that\xe2\x80\x99s why an ideal candidate should have a degree in relevant property-related discipline, with a minimum of 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the construction industry , with relevant exposure to communication.

This role also calls for an in-depth understanding of the various functions within the Project and Development Services Business line. Furthermore, you\xe2\x80\x99ll ensure the effective collaboration within the teams.

Are you a creative thinker ? In this role, you should be able to make creative decisions that improve the visibility of the business.

A strong communicator

Are you fluent in both written and spoken English? If yes, talk to us\xe2\x80\x94your strong communication skills will surely land you the job.
