JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Business Analyst within our Service and Lending Operations team, you will be supporting operational activities by leveraging data and/or processes to deliver results. You will identify root causes, define business requirements, and analyze technical or operational impacts. You will design and develop reports in support of business strategies, produce reporting and communications in support of operational or change initiatives, and partner with stakeholders to support finance, control and/or regulatory needs, as well as change control and readiness.
Job responsibilities:
• Managing the requirements and implementation of processes
• Ensure all documentation is updated on procedures and requirement documents
• Lead efforts targeted to improve process management
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with operational leaders and partners both internal and external to Service and Lending Operations
• Identify new opportunities to bring new process improvements.
• Managing the requirements and implementation of Reporting in Card Lending Services
• Automation and Semi-Automation of manual processes through Batch processing and User Tools
Required qualifications
• Minimum of 1+ years Business Analyst experience, reporting and data processing
• Strong knowledge of SQL programming and relational database design
• Experience with Business Intelligence platforms, Tableau, Alteryx, Visual Basic, or SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) preferred
• Experience in data analysis, developing trend and comparison reporting
• Experience with designing and developing Executive dashboards and KPI scorecards
• Experience with SAS a plus
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively to multiple levels of management both in writing and orally
• Self-starter, extremely organized and detailed-oriented with strong commitment to accuracy
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
