Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team at Website Developers Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SaaS products and experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements, defining project scope, and ensuring the successful implementation of our software solutions. The Business Analyst will play a key role in bridging the gap between our business objectives and technical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, product managers, and developers, to gather, document, and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Process Analysis: Evaluate current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement, and develop optimized solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency.
• User Stories & Use Cases: Create detailed user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria to guide the development team in building new features and enhancements.
• Data Analysis: Perform data analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for
• product improvements, providing data-driven recommendations.
• Project Management: Assist in project planning, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of product features and updates.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project requirements and status updates.
• Quality Assurance: Participate in testing and validation processes to ensure the delivered product meets business requirements and quality standards.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of requirements, processes, and project updates for future reference and knowledge sharing.
• Competitor Analysis: Conduct comprehensive competitor analysis to understand the market
• landscape, identify trends, and evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of competitors.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on findings to help shape product strategy and positioning.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
• Understanding of SaaS business models and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in an agile development environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?200,000.00 - ?600,000.00 per year
