About this role:Our mission in Marketing Technology is to drive innovative technology solutions that streamline and maximize impact of Marketing programs and resources that increase Sales productivity for fast-growing 5K+ Sales associates that deliver ~$5B annual revenue growing at double digits. We are part of a largertechnology team where one of the key objectives is to continue improving synergies in data, processes and systems between Marketing and Sales through the product ownership model. The team collaborates closely to design and manage the delivery of technology products and programs in support of the Sales and Marketing functions.We are seeking a business analyst with experience in partnering with business partners, product owners, and development teams to deliver large, complex projects. This role will play a critical role in determining product requirements that drive business outcomes and validating that whats developed meets end users needs. This role will identify opportunities across business and IT teams and processes to meet business goals quickly.   • Partner with Product, Technology and Business Process Owners to define requirements, release plans, grooming and backlog prioritization.
  • Translate understanding of business process improvements into IT solution requirements to create effective and innovative business solutions with business and IT teams.
  • Own product and process flow documentation along with writing and execution of user acceptance testing cases.
  • Quantitatively and qualitatively analyze and rationalize requirements to determine agreed, achievable project objectives that align to the business teams goals, strategies, and objectives.
  • Practice data driven decision making, improve reporting and proactively propose process improvement activities based on analyses.
  • Identify and track issues/problems, scope exclusions, and business and technical assumptions and communicate constraints effectively to team and stakeholders.
  • Support the required organizational change to ensure products are impactful at scale including change programs, communications, and trainings
What you will need:
  • BS/BA in computer science, business analysis, or equivalent working experience.
  • 3- 4 years of experience in a role that required business analyst skills with experience in projects using Agile and/or Waterfall Methodologies.
  • Strong business acumen and in-depth process knowledge of business functions such as Sales and Marketing and proven track record of translating them into Product or technical requirements
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills when determining how to best solve business challenges
  • Strong knowledge on technology delivery methods with high emphasis on working with teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Strong project and program management skills; demonstrated track record of collaborating across business & IT teams
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, Visio, Jira, Confluence
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Independent, self-starter and high integrity
