Do you have what it takes?
  • Prior experience in projects/programs with focus on customer experience/customer engagement/Partner management.
  • Ability to analyse complex data and information, business process & procedures, distilling insights and identifying key patterns and trends for improvement.
  • Strong problem structuring and solving skills and ability to deal with ambiguity.
  • Experience in program management activities such as project planning, risk management, stakeholder management, relationship building & collaboration and documentation.
  • Experience in process design and delivery with proven ability in project execution and communication.
  • Expertise in coordination & execution of programs through various senior team members.
  • Strong business acumen, understanding of business principles, market dynamics and industry trends.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and navigate through ambiguity.

How can you contribute to our success?
  • Get information and data from customers/partners/business teams as well as from systems to use data-driven analytics to identify improvement areas in management of Customers and Partners.
  • Review progress and impact of all projects related to management of customer relationships through Tally partner ecosystem, provide insights and propose solutions for continuous enhancement.
  • Define problem statements and contribute to arriving at optimal solutions, document them and handover for implementation.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for automation which can significantly impact the success rates of our projects.
  • Planning of projects, from discovery, inception, conceptualisation of framework and validation to implementation.
  • Drive continuous enhancement of our Customer Relationship Management tool (TallyTrack). to drive various Customer Management projects through the partner ecosystem.
  • Oversee adoption of new enhancements in TallyTrack by BD & Partner Teams through relevant training programs, providing dashboards/reports and periodic reviews.
