Qualifications Exp: 3+ years of total experience in the business/data analysis Mandatory Skills Stakeholder Management - Should have experience working with diverse stakeholders such as data engineers, product managers, and Analysts Data Architecture - Should be able to design and communicate data architecture and data flow diagrams SQL - Should be able to understand medium complexity queries/scripts and understand the basic logic behind them ETL Process - Should be familiar with the popular ETL processes in use in the Big Data space and have experience with end-to-end data analytics pipeline Documentation and communication - Should be proficient and diligent in documenting processes, architecture and code repositories. Good working knowledge on tools such as JIRA/Workfront Good To Have Skills SSAS Cube - Should be familiar working with Tabular Analysis Service Projects Power BI - Should be able to create and publish dashboards What you\'ll do Consult with a broad set of stakeholders spanning across Engineering, Product management, Customer experience, Sales, and Analytics to understand and document requirements Partner with data and technology teams to improve measurement and reporting capabilities by connecting data sets into a single unified report Ensure adequacy and accuracy of reporting; document data sources and associated metrics/dimensions Evaluate performance against established metrics; uncover operational themes, trends, and areas of opportunity Make recommendations to improve efficiencies through development and adoption of best practices and standardized procedures Stay abreast of changes to business rules, workflows, and tools that affect customers and employees Education: 3-6 YOE How to Apply: Interested candidates are encouraged to respond/submit their updated resumes, and for additional job opportunities, please visit Jobs In India - VARITE.
