• Interact regularly with internal and external stake holders for the applications; Drive and oversee conceiving, solutioning and execution of application features and functionalities.

• Should closely interact with the Business end-users, Project manager, Quality Assurance to ensure the best possible solution is given.

• Develop and own the requirements framework for the organization. Ensure that there is a single logical set of requirements for a particular sub-domain, to ensure institutionalization of the company knowledge

• Develop close co-ordination with the members of the Project team as well as the business teams to understand dynamic changes to the business.

• Develop close rapport with the business users to visualize what end-users want, but also more importantly, what they may need in the future.

• Having good communication, presentation and, most importantly, team management skills. Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.

Functional Responsibilities

• To come up with solution-oriented changes to improve an organization's overall efficiency, including process optimization, cost reduction, and identifying fresh business opportunities. To help improve efficiency by identifying areas that can be improved, strengthening processes where necessary, and communicating findings with end business users as well as the Technology team, in order to create efficiency and simplify decision making.

• Have full experience in SDLC, including managing requirements, development processes, preferably as per SEI-CMM Level 5, guiding Quality Assurance teams and ensuring top quality application is delivered on time and under budget.

• Solid understanding of business use cases and relevant processes. Must use techniques like Use cases, User storyboards, process flow diagrams, to capture and document existing and new processes / requirements in order to enable digital transformation

• Must have good communication, analytical & critical thinking, and process improvement experience. Help in testing the applications for which the requirements were written to ensure What is asked, is what is given.

• Envision the business value of every application and take it to the next level of giving continued business value. Understand the business domain, including market landscape and the competition and suggest new functionalities to give more business value to the organization and its customers.

Qualifications & Certification: A bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, business management, or a related field. Any relevant project management related experience. A Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) certification is preferred.Experience: Total of 6 to 8 years in Credit Risk Management products, Internal Rating Solutions, Expected Credit Loss, is preferred with 2 years of experience in Business Analysis. Knowledge of Capital Markets, fixed income, Mutual Funds.Technical & Functional Competencies:

• Should have working knowledge of software systems, ability to understand databases, testing procedures & cycles and software architectures.

• ITIL and/or SEI CMM Level 3 upwards experience or working in RBI/SEBI environment will be preferred. Experience with Waterfall, Agile, and other forms of project management as well as organizing and documenting requirements using various methodologies like Use-Cases, User Storyboards, BRD, FRS & SRS.
