We are looking to hire Business Analyst..

Qualification: BCA / B. Tech

Experience : 6 months - 1 year

Responsibilities Include:

1. Business Analysis

? Capture the customers' requirements and translate them into software requirements for the development team

? Document business, user, functional and non-functional requirements

? Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure that the scope and requirements are clear

? Create internal design documentation including context, workflow and network diagrams

2. Pre-sales support

? Actively participate in the pre-sales process

? Attend meetings with prospective clients to determine functional and business

requirements and ensure that all necessary information is collated prior to proposing a

solution

? Define the project scope for effort estimation and costing

? Ability to understand technical requirements during meetings with prospects, will be desirable

? Work closely with the customer during the delivery phase to clarify the scope, report progress

? Work closely with the development team during the delivery phase to coordinate the development progress

? Manage client relationship including expectation management

? Build productive relationships internally and externally, fostering teamwork by keeping

colleagues updated on activities
