Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze business data and performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, and insights

that can inform decision making.

2. Collaborate with Facilities Manager, Operations Manager, and other stakeholders to develop

and implement data-driven strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

3. Conduct research and analysis to support business cases for new projects, initiatives, and

investments.

4. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that provide timely and accurate information

on key performance indicators (KPIs).

5. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and

effectiveness.

6. Provide training and support to facilities management staff on new tools, processes, and

systems.

7. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive business growth and success.
