Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, and develop solutions that drive business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering: Elicit and document detailed business requirements through interviews, workshops, and surveys.
• Data Analysis: Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform decision-making.
• Solution Design: Develop innovative and effective solutions that address business needs and align with organizational goals.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's/Masters in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience: 2 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst.

Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Finance, Healthcare, E-commerce, manufacturing, Education, or real estate industry.

Certification in Business Analysis

Knowledge of Power-BI, SQL, Adv-Excel, Jira, GIT, Miro, Figma, & other tools required for BA.

Flexible work schedule with the possibility of remote work.
