About the job Business Analyst

: Business Analyst will be responsible for requirement gathering, analysis. The Business Analyst will be responsible for working with clients and documentation as per requirement. The ideal candidate must be experienced in acting as a key interface between the users and the project manager, gather all the information, document processes, and confirm the final documents with users. Responsibilities:

• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
• Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
• Staying up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
• Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
• Performing requirements analysis.
• Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
• Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
• Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
• Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
• Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.

Required Skills:

• Education BE/B.Tech/MCA/MBA
• 7+ Years of experience in relevant role.
• Must be highly organized, technically minded and an excellent communicator.
• Hands on experience with requirement management platforms within the devops framework to understand large RFPs, capture user requirements, functional requirements, and software & system requirements; good understanding of ISO and IEEE requirements engineering standards
• Should have the capability to work as a part of integrated team comprising of solution architects, SMEs, data scientists, UI-UX Leads, testing & release team and service design architect.
• The selected analysts will be required to take complete ownership of the BRD, FRS and SRS and the change management processes;
• Expert in using wireframe tools
• Should be comfortable with handling multiple tasks at the same time, with great care to details and timelines.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skill with ability to pinpoint key business and actionable insights.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent Presentation Skills.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including word, excel, and outlook
• Experience in working on E-Governance projects/ CCTNS application will be preferable
• Experience in working with Police/Law enforcement agencies will be preferable
