Job ID: 174644 Required Travel :Minimal Managerial - No Location: :India- Pune (Amdocs Site) In one sentence Techno-functional role: Understands & analyzes business problems and needs Translates, captures and documents requirements, providing high level solutions that leverage product capabilities and best practices in order to produce optimal technology solutions for HR Tech domain at Amdocs. All you need is... Work with numerous levels of business users around the world to understand their business requirements and translate those into workable solutions. Design and implementation experience of IT Service Management platform like ServiceNow, Salesforce, Jira, Manage Engine etc. In depth understanding of ServiceNow-HR Service Delivery product will be plus. Understanding of HRIS database design, structure, functions, tools and processes. Suggest and implement business process improvement using latest tools and technologies that uses Low code/ No code. Data handling and Insights experience using Tableau or Power BI or any other visualization tool. What will your job look like Analyzes and documents technical requirements. Provides and designs, based on pre-defined solution architecture, an integrated high-level solution that fit customer\'s business & operational needs. Advises HR teams based on product and tool capabilities and best practices, leveraging reuse and ensuring high business value using Workflows, Forms, Document management, Ticketing, Tracking, Notifications, Approvals, etc. Effectively participates in and/or leads formal and informal reviews with stakeholders, applying knowledge and experience and providing technical perspective and support Performs demonstrations of solutions to users Support development teams during the iterations (provide business clarifications, perform and manage UAT, adjustment to risks, change in scope, reprioritize and approve \'done\' stories and features during demo\'s). Responsible for communicating the solution to customers\' business and/or HR personnel, explaining the details of new solutions and their impact on business processes and ensuring that the customer understands the solution. Follows up on solution design issues in HR domain until solution is signed off and supports the resolution of configuration/implementation-related issues if and when they arise (for example, analyzing employee & Manager Self-Service options, HR process design and standardization, etc.). Identifies product gaps and recommends enhancements to the product core team.
