•Inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst - Invoice to Cash (Cash Apps Representative)•

•We are looking for someone with a deep understanding and ability to perform day-to-day operations while maintaining SLA. Solving queries related to cash application and coordinating with customer•

•Responsibilities•

• •Daily Cash application•
• •Manage electronic & Manual client payments•
• •Reconcile unapplied accounts•
• •Customer open credit Inquiry and Dispute Management•
• •Provide information to the customer service and sales departments as requested•
•Qualifications•

•Minimum qualifications•

• •Graduate in Commerce (B. Com)•
• •Excellent computer skills.•
• •Excellent written and verbal communication skills.•
• •Must be detailed oriented, organized, with a great sense of urgency, and hard working.•
• •I-Speak -6.5+•
• •Strong English language skills (verbal and written)•
• •Meaningful Experience in Order to Cash domain•

•Preferred qualifications•

• •Proficiency in MS Office•
• •Good communications and writing skills•
• •Good analytical and problem-solving skills•
