In this exciting role, you will:

• Play a key role in client engagements: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver tailored BPM solutions that optimize client processes.
• Develop insightful materials: Craft compelling presentations, videos, spreadsheets, and documents to support client meetings and project deliverables.
• Become a BPM expert: Master BPM-D's offerings and other industry-leading tools to provide comprehensive solutions to clients.
• Leverage your analytical skills: Build effective analytic tools using Excel or online platforms to extract valuable insights for process improvement.
• Facilitate client workshops: Actively participate in, lead, and summarize workshops to gather valuable feedback and foster collaboration.
• Contribute to business growth: Assist in the development and refinement of internal processes, ensuring efficient operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Science (IT/CS) OR Bachelor's in Technology (IT/CS/Electronics) OR Bachelor's in Engineering (IT/CS) OR Bachelors in Computer Application Bachelors in Management Studies, or a related field.
• Masters in Science (IT/CS) OR Technology (IT/CS/Electronics) or Bachelor's in Engineering (IT/CS) is a plus.
• Prior exposure to Operational Excellence/Business Process Management (Process Modelling, Process Automation, Change Management) is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with social media platforms.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven and methodical approach.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and demonstrate initiative.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically/internationally as required for client meetings.

Upon demonstrating exceptional performance during the 3-month internship, successful candidates will be offered full-time employment as a Business Analyst.

Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
