Role and Responsibilities:
• Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
• Engage with clients to understand their digital marketing needs and objectives.
• Conduct thorough analysis of client requirements, ensuring clarity and completeness.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
• Documentation and Specification:
• Draft comprehensive documents such as business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, clear, and aligned with client expectations and project scope.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to review and finalize documentation.
• Project Planning and Coordination:
• Assist in project planning, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., development, design, marketing) to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
• Monitor project progress and timelines, providing regular updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Client Communication and Relationship Management:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project status, updates, and issue resolution.
• Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and responsiveness.
• Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Quality Assurance and Testing:
• Work closely with QA teams to develop test plans and test cases based on business requirements.
• Participate in testing activities to validate that deliverables meet functional and quality standards.
• Project Delivery and Support:
• Facilitate smooth delivery of digital marketing products or projects, ensuring all milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
• Provide post-implementation support and conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and identify areas for improvement.
• Continuous Improvement and Innovation:
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and business analysis.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation within the digital marketing business.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in digital marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate client needs into actionable requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in documentation tools and techniques.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is desirable.
