Collaborate with business users, development teams and vendors.
Work with application architects, developers, QA, and other technical team members to drive successful technical solutions.
Write Technical Stories with the Team and provide a detailed acceptance criteria
Assists in systems solutions that support overall business strategies.
Defines functional, usability, reliability, performance and support requirements of clinical systems.
Defines scope, objectives and coordinates system specifications that drive system development and implementation.
Function as a liaison between IT and business users.
Demonstrate both business and technical expertise.
Communicates clearly and effectively to diverse audiences of technical and non-technical personnel.
Creates and performs feature testing and determines environmental needs.
Proactively works with stakeholders to identify future system opportunities and enhancements.
In depth knowledge of tools utilized Jira, Confluence.
Basic Knowledge on Data base and SQL.
