Help clients transition smoothly from their current workpaper software to our Tax Sorted Workpaper Software.
Guide clients through the implementation process to ensure minimal disruption to their operations.
Assess client needs and tailor the transition plan to meet their specific requirements.
Provide detailed training on how to use the software, both one-on-one and in group settings (in-person and remotely).
Be the main point of contact for clients during and after the transition.
Address client issues quickly and exc6xaficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
Work with the technical team to resolve complex issues and keep clients satisfied.
Identify opportunities to help clients make better use of the software and suggest additional features or services.
Monitor product performance and user engagement to inform improvements.
Stay up-to-date with Australian tax laws and ensure the software complies with all relevant regulations.
Build strong relationships with clients, partners and industry experts to encourage product adoption.
Communicate the product vision, strategy and benefits to both internal teams and clients.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements, specifications, and user stories, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams.
Work closely with engineering and design teams to prioritise features, manage the product backlog, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
Monitor and analyse product performance, user engagement, and key metrics to inform data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CA, Inter CA, CMA, Inter CMA, MBA, or a relevant advanced degree is preferred.
Good knowledge of Australian tax laws and compliance requirements.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with teams.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for technology and a focus on user needs.
Experience:
At least 1 year of experience in Australian tax.
Previous experience with client-facing roles is a plus.
