S&P Global Corporate The Team : We are looking for a personable Functional Analyst with extensive experience in Salesforce.com which is the leader in CRM solutions for customer relationship management software and cloud computing. This is a terrific opportunity for a Cloud CRM subject matter expert to take on a leadership role within the CRM Functional Architecture group within Corporate Digital Technology Services. You will provide leadership to a team of in house Salesforce professionals and become a visionary in the future state of the platform as it scales out across the division. You will have the opportunity to design solutions based on Salesforce best practices and use your technical project management skills to lead large projects end to end in an Agile environment across one or multiple CRM teams. You will also can mentor and eventually manage a team of highly skilled professionals. Responsibilities : Work closely with business users to understand their needs and translate these into specific requirements (\'user stories\') for product development scrum teams to implement Plan, prioritize, and maintain a healthy backlog of user stories aligned with the product roadmap Collaborate with key stakeholders (Product Management, Development, and Delivery) to ensure goals are clear and aligned to business objectives Identify and clearly communicate priorities, dependencies and roadblocks to key stakeholders Evaluate, track and report on project/product progress against the timelines, specifications and features defined in the product roadmap Track feature/specification development against specific customer requests Anticipate, communicate, and escalate delivery challenges appropriately What We\'re Looking For : Minimum of 5 years experience in project management, business analysis, and technology implementation in full life-cycle CRM engagements Minimum of 3 years experience with Salesforce.com Good understanding of Sales and Service Processes in B2B setting Salesforce certified Return to Work : Have you taken time out for caring responsibilities and are now looking to return to work As part of our Return to Work initiative (link to career site page when available), we are encouraging enthusiastic and talented returners to apply, and will actively support your return to the workplace.
