How will you make an impact:
You will be part of the team that will develop AI related solutions in collaboration with different business units and divisions in Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a business analyst, you will be understanding the requirements from various business units, translate them to well defined user stories.
What will you do:
• Understand requirements and break them down into sprint deliverables - well-groomed stories, tasks.
• Provide acceptance criteria for the stories and tasks.
• Demo features during development phase to stakeholders to get early feedback.
• Validate and verify deliverables of each sprint, providing timely feedback.
How will you get here:
Education:
• Master's degree in Business Administration with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Artificial Engineering/Data Science Engineering or equivalent
Experience:
• 4+ years of overall experience in Software development domain using Agile techniques.
• 2+ years of strong experience playing the Product Owner role.
• Proficient in requirement understanding and breaking them down into user stories and tasks.
• Ability to define clear acceptance criteria and assist in creating test cases.
• Customer-centric mindset and prioritization skills.
• Proven experience in thinking through and identifying dependencies, integrations with other modules during solutioning phase.
• Clear thought process on how customers are going to use a feature and what needs to be delivered.
• Knowledge of Agile techniques and their application in product development.
• Attention to detail and a focus for quality deliverables.
• Experience in validating and verifying deliverables.
• Ability to provide timely feedback to development team for course correction.
• Proven experience in grooming stories and defining product requirements.
