Apply Now!About the DepartmentVault Quality & Facilities IT GBS (VQFIT) is an integral part of Digital Data & IT Staffs Team, which currently consists of highly skilled IT professionals responsible for IT operations for all major Global Quality and Facilities IT systems in Novo Nordisk. The team is responsible for managing day-to-day IT support, development, validation and testing of entire Quality Management System of Novo Nordisk, spanning across entire globe. The key objective of VQFIT is to ensure robust IT support to systems, which in turn ensures product quality and patient safety for Novo Nordisk.The PositionAs a Business Analyst, you will anchor the incident management within QualityDocs vault. It includes,

  • Responsible for timely resolution of incident, compliance, support activities and managing service level agreements with key stakeholders, communicate with customers, service providers and system managers, also as defined by business processes.
  • Single point of contact to log and follow-up on tickets filed to vendor (Veeva) and responsible for analysis of Veeva Vault lifecycle and workflows.
  • Creation of Change Requests for assigned applications including defects, new functionalities, technical or functional issues and data corrections identifying the Initial Impact, Temporary fix.
  • Supporting system manager on audits and inspection preparation with compliance maintenance for preparing data for periodic reports, deviations.
  • End-to-end responsible for own delivery without minimal supervision and guidance from management.
Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience with relevant 5+ years in covering compliance maintenance, incident and problem support, change coordinator role.
  • VEEVA Certification (UpToDate) is mandatory.
  • Should have ITIL v4 certification.
  • Expereince from working in a project oriented, international matrix organization.
  • Experience in working in Cloud systems.
  • IT experience covering specification, design, development, validation, implementation, and maintenance of IT solutions in large organizations.
  • Expereince in working with GxP requirements, validation & compliance.
  • Good understanding of Agile principles, methodologies, and events.
  • Capable of working with distributed teams spread geographically - two or more countries.
