• Candidate to have Oracle Cloud Order Management experience of 1-2 years.
• Candidate should have excellent communication skills.
• Well-versed with Picking and Shipping process in oracle fusion Cloud.
• Should be able to complete product and service shipments in Oracle, periodically. Align with accounts receivable prior to releasing the shipments.
• Should be able to do custom Reports comparison (Reconcile LIMs versus Oracle deliveries, monthly) and Provide details on differences.
• Be the liaison between account managers, project managers and accounts receivable.
• Creating Reconciliation Document for every Pick/Ship process for Audit purpose.
• Preparing the User Training Manual or other documentation when required.
• Should have good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel tool.
