\xe2\x97\x8f Manage large projects, develop and coordinate realistic project estimates, plans, working and
communicating effectively with Engineering, Product Management, QA, Operations
\xe2\x97\x8f Understand New Age Media\xe2\x80\x99s products, internal tools and processes and leverage those to push
automation and increase work efficiency
\xe2\x97\x8f Using data and scientific management techniques to provide solutions to cater to various
business needs
\xe2\x97\x8f Process Analysis to Improve Throughput, Quality and Operations and Forecasting
\xe2\x97\x8b Study the As Is processes and come up with To Be efficient processes. Mapping and
Implementation
\xe2\x97\x8b Predicting resource and volume forecast for different processes
\xe2\x97\x8f Metrics and Scorecards preparation for various evaluations, comparisons
\xe2\x97\x8b Preparing Scorecards for competing entities ( vendors, admin , processes). Preparing
Dashboard and Metrics for Program Managers
\xe2\x97\x8b User Response Analysis , Performance and Quality Measurement, New Metrics
Definition
\xe2\x97\x8f Financial Analysis not limited to Cost Benefit, Price per Quantity , Resource and Overhead
costing for various activities
\xe2\x97\x8f Project Management including Planning, coordination, Effort estimation, Reporting and
Execution
\xe2\x97\x8b Coordinating entire project by integrating with different teams
\xe2\x97\x8b Driving the project and identifying parameters for next steps/enhancements
\xe2\x97\x8f Leveraging multiple teams/products for data enhancement
\xe2\x97\x8f Leading and assisting in special Pilot Projects related to Business and coming up with actionable
recommendations
\xe2\x97\x8f Preparing Executive Level Presentations
\xe2\x97\x8f Participation and Analytical Suggestions in increasing user base/participation
Operations:
\xe2\x97\x8f Lead the support team to drive analysis and perform pilot work/audit
\xe2\x97\x8f Lead analysis for the process, focusing on product features and user experience.
\xe2\x97\x8f Write detailed PRD for new proposals and get new workflows to improve the existing data
\xe2\x97\x8f Raise / Drive the feature request that will improve or affecting the process
\xe2\x97\x8f Review the policy documentation document and suggest improvements
\xe2\x97\x8f Suggest improvements to our workflow and processes
\xe2\x97\x8f Identify and propose initiatives to increase efficiency
Qualifications:Qualifications and Experience
\xe2\x97\x8f We are looking for Business analytics/ Data analytics consultants with 5 to 7 years of exp.
\xe2\x97\x8f Candidate should have done a regular course of MBA in tier-1 or tier-2 B-schoolBusiness Analyst/ Data Analyst(Maps)
