The challenge will be to manage outcomes of various studies that include analyzing, reviewing, forecasting, trending and then presenting information for operational and business planning, all while adapting to change quickly.Positions in this function conduct and manage outcomes of various studies that include analyzing, reviewing, forecasting, trending, and presenting information for operational and business planning. They support short and long term operational/strategic business activities - by developing, enhancing and maintaining operational information and models. They also develop and implement effective/strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes. *Employees in jobs labeled with SCA must support a government Service Contract Act (SCA) agreement.Primary Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes and investigates
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for the business and clients
  • Communicate analysis and interpretation to appropriate audiences
  • Produce, publish and distribute scheduled and ad-hoc client and operational reports relating to the development and performance of products, processes and technologies
  • Managing Competency Management Framework with periodic assessment of skill levels and identifying training needs for the Business
  • Plan and schedule relevant trainings for the Business
  • Track and report skill requirements, gaps and the progress being at periodic intervals
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to identify internal and external subject matter experts or trainers for conducing trainings
  • Benchmarking skill evolutions across the industry and make necessary changes to the skill sets for the teams
  • Automation of overall competency management framework and trainings delivery
  • Publishing periodic news letter to the group
  • Track and report progress being made on various skill related metrics and driving improvements
  • Tracking utilization of self paced learning platforms and driving improvements
  • Cross leverage trainings across the functions
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Eligibility
To apply to an internal job, employees must meet the following criteria:
  • Minimum duration of 12 months of continuous service in their current grade and position
  • Performance rating in the last common review cycle of Meets Expectations or higher
  • Not be on any active CAP (Corrective Action Plan) or active disciplinary action
  • Grade 25 and 26 can apply
Required Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience in business/finance including analysis experience with a solid understanding of data storage structures
  • 1+ years of experience with project methodology (requirements, design, development, test and implementation)
  • Experience with PC-based software programs and automated database management systems (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, SAS, SQL, etc.)
  • Experience in analysis of business process and workflow and providing an evaluation, benchmark and/or process improvement recommendations
Preferred Qualification:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration or related field
