Description & RequirementsAs an ERP Systems Business Analyst, you will partner with the business, interface with multiple stakeholders, gather requirements, and provide a clear road map for all development projects while being responsible as site owner for all functional areas in regard to the business systems.Qualifications:\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in business, Analytics, or a related field\xc2\xb7 4-6 years of experience in an ERP or related field in a large scale, Business Analysis, Business Analytics role or similar\xc2\xb7 Working ERP and CRM system and data knowledge a plus (Infor (M3/LN/CSD/CSI), SAP, Salesforce experience preferred)\xc2\xb7 A minimum 3 years working with Microsoft SSRS and Relational databases using SQL.\xc2\xb7 Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills. Able to work with cross functional teams.\xc2\xb7 Experience with ERP, KPIs, business intelligence, and operational processes.\xc2\xb7 Experience working with Microsoft Excel and Access.\xc2\xb7 Ability to effectively work with end users and business teams for requirements gathering, understanding customer needs, testing, etc.\xc2\xb7Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with top management and customers to translate business requirements into user stories for the development teams to implement\xc2\xb7 Develop and maintain an appropriately prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation\xc2\xb7 Work with stakeholders to determine scope and priorities for product development cycles\xc2\xb7 Work with development teams to ensure that they understand the vision for the product and are designing great features for our customers\xc2\xb7 Develop appropriately detailed specifications for product features so that they are clearly understood by the development teams\xc2\xb7 Interview customers and work with UI/UX designers to utilize user testing to gather and validate requirements\xc2\xb7 Evaluate and validate with development teams the effort estimates for user stories and features\xc2\xb7 Inspire and motivate the development teams to deliver innovative and exciting solutions with an appropriate sense of urgency\xc2\xb7 Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally, and as the primary technical contact for queries related to the product\xc2\xb7 Bridge the gap between technical needs and the requirements of users including providing detailed product requirements for implementation of changes to our systems\xc2\xb7 Work with key stakeholders to ensure successful product releases\xc2\xb7 Work hand-in-hand with Support and QA teams to collect and classify defects, prioritize appropriately and ensure expected functionality is fully understoodRequirements:\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree or higher - or the equivalent, preferably in relevant technical fields such as Computer Science, Analytics, etc\xc2\xb7 Experience with ERP system technology, and deep business understanding of ERP domains (Accounting, Fixed Assets, Payroll, Human Resources, Inventory Management, Sale, Purchasing... etc\xc2\xb7 Expertise in communicating progress at each phase of development as appropriate, including published roadmaps, requirements, and other information.\xc2\xb7 High degree of both technical expertise and business acumen\xc2\xb7 Strong results-orientation combined with excellent judgment and problem-solving skills, track record of product success.\xc2\xb7 Demonstration of outstanding communication skills internally and externally, across teams and functions\xc2\xb7 Demonstration of attention to detail, strong organization, and planning skills\xc2\xb7 Preference: 4+ years of ERP experience as a product owner in an Agile software development environment\xc2\xb7 Experience with agile development methodologies, tools, and team-based development like Jira, Atlassian suite\xc2\xb7 Conceptual understanding of AI/ML is helpful.
