Requirements:Domain: Healthcare Mandatory Good to have: Home care knowledgeJob Responsibilities:Roles and Responsibilities: -Take lead of scrum teams and can manage multiple scrum teams -Prepares the functional-technical solutions that fulfill the requirements and add value to the product feature set. -Provides direction to the agile development team and stakeholders with a clear roadmap. -Create Epics and Stories, assure development teams understand purpose and objective; prioritizes Stories in a product backlog according to business needs and value. -Support design process by defining user journeys, preparing/guiding wireframes and identifying technical solutions with the best practices of latest API frameworks. -Knowledge or experience with Agile software development principles and practices. -Familiar with web-application technologies/standards such as react, REST and RESTful APIs. -Converting solution for epics into features which are defined and refined within the product/platform backlog and prioritized and sequenced on the engineering roadmap. -Effectively manage backlog, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories and technical acceptance criteria. -Lead the planning product release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities. -Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals -Keep abreast with DevOps Best practices, Continuous Integration Pipeline, Agile/Scrum best practices and new development trends.Nice to have -Knowledge of Home care. -Create RFPs/ RFIs, manage Pre-sales activities, consulting work -Support Learning & development by contributing in the content creation, trainings -Contribute towards POVs, business solutions for prospect clientsWhat We OfferExciting Projects: We focus on industries like High-Tech, communication, media, healthcare, retail and telecom.
