Job description:The Business Analyst & Data Analyst will be responsible for gathering, validating, communicating, and coordinating requirements for Retail Banking Products (Cards, Loans, Mortgage products).Key Responsibilities:

• 3+ years of Business Data Analysis experience
• Good Understanding of Retail banking products (Cards, Loans, Mortgage products)
• Experience as a Techno-Functional Analyst or similar role.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Mid level SQL knowledge. Prior experience on Oracle and Sybase is added advantage
• Should have knowledge on Data Warehouse Concepts, ETL process
• Ability to understand & explain domain concepts to Developers / Testers.
• Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings.

• Coordinate with key stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze, finalize and receive formal sign-off\'s from approvers
• Translate requirements into Business Requirement Document, Functional Requirement Document and Minor Development Document
• Facilitate and drive project meetings with both business and technology teams
• Analyze data to ensure data quality and accurate calculation results
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing with business user community and QA teams
• Work, collaborate and coordinate with Offshore and Onsite team members to fulfill the BA responsibilities from project initiation to post-implementation
• Perform business and data analysis in development of requirements and in ongoing support of production applications

Candidate\'s profile :Experience : 3 to 12 yrs.Skill : Business analyst + SQL + Retail banking (only global banking exp).Location : chennai / Bangalore / Pune / Mumbai.Notice Period : Immediate to 30 days (Max 45 days If serving Notice Period)Mandatory Certificate : (IIBA - AAC/CCBA/CBAP) mandatory as per policy for the project
