As a Business Analyst, you will be tasked with optimising business operations, implementing new strategies, and driving change within the organisation. Your primary responsibilities will include evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.

• Developing, coordinating, and implementing effective business strategies.
• Performing financial analysis to guide business decisions and strategy development.
• Work closely with the digital lead - therefore, the candidate needs to have experience in digital solutions implementation
• Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimisation strategies.
• Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
• Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernise systems.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
