Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Business Analyst/Product Owner located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Business Analyst/Product Owner will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, defining product vision, and managing product backlog. This role will involve working closely with stakeholders to prioritize product features and ensure successful project delivery.Responsibilities- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements.- Develop and document business process models to illustrate current and future states.- Ability to work from scratch (Product development)- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making- Knowledge of Architectural Artifacts- Work with IT and other departments to implement solutions and ensure they align with business goals.- Work closely with product management to align on vision, program backlogs and product roadmap- Interview users, stakeholders, build epics & product backlog.- Be the voice of the customer,- Drive UX design thinking. Leverage designs to drive clarity among stakeholders and developers- prioritize the backlogs with conflicting business priorities- Understand feasibility, dependencies and technical challenges in ReSTful APIxe2x80x99s, ReactJS, ReactNative, Java Springboot, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, material design, Code setups branching & code merge on git, AWS, mongo DB vs relational or other DBxe2x80x99s, Data, impact of architectural changes, etc. and use them strategicallySkillsExp - Min 8-10 years
