Summary:An exciting opportunity for a Senior Analyst/Associate to work in investment transactions, structured finance, and portfolio management. The ideal candidate will collaborate with top investment banks, hedge funds, and private equity firms, leveraging financial analysis, technology-driven solutions, and process improvements to drive impactful outcomes.Your Future Employer: A leading fintech firm providing portfolio management and technology solutions to global financial institutions. The company specializes in alternative investments, working with investment banks, private equity firms, and structured credit players across the US and Europe.Responsibilities: * Support investment transactions involving loan portfolios, real estate, and specialty financing.

• Manage end-to-end client projects, ensuring high-quality and timely execution.
• Collaborate with development teams as a Business Analyst, ensuring seamless platform implementation.
• Conduct portfolio monitoring, financial analysis, and risk assessment to enhance client outcomes.
• Serve as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, resolving business and technical issues.

Requirements: * MBA/PGDM in Finance/IT or equivalent; B.E./B.Tech preferred.

• Strong understanding of financial concepts with advanced skills in Excel, Macros & SQL.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and provide data-driven insights.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Interest in technology-driven financial solutions; prior experience in IT/development is a plus.
