The role involves leading engagements independently, balancing agile and waterfall approaches as needed. Collaboration with business users includes documenting requirements, defining acceptance criteria, and coordinating user testing. Over time, the role develops a deep understanding of business goals to guide anticipation of future needs and IT solutions for added value.
