Responsibilities, liaison & communication Analyze business requirements and convert it to requirements that are understood by all partners. Analyse data to data issues reported by the clients and deliver accurate resolutions within the SLA. Be the point of contact with Product Managers to elicit, analyze, and validate complex business requirements for the content onboarding program, ensuring requirements meet standards and are signed off and accurately communicated to technology. Control changes from Product Managers that could affect the case. Document and translate the business requirements into detailed user- stories, acceptance criteria and rationales. Gathering sample data required from modelling and development. Must have skills: 3 + Demonstrable experience in finance domain (Trading/Indexes) Good SQL skills (Should be 4 out of 5) Demonstrable experience on system integration. Superb communication and team skills. Candidate should have the ability to work with team with dynamic strengths spread across multiple time zone. Demonstrable experience of working with developers. Good Expertise in Excel. Good Documentations skills Should have worked in agile framework. Good to have: Bachelors degree. Ability to read code developed by developers. Knowledge of CICD process. Knowledge of AWS cloud technology.
