Design and implement a robust governance framework to support PA&A communication, value realization, and training efforts.
Partner with stakeholders across functions to ensure consistent adoption of best practices and compliance with communication protocols.
Develop and drive internal training programs aimed at increasing automation literacy and capability across the enterprise.
Lead the citizen developer enablement strategy, supporting scalable low-code/no-code adoption through training, coaching, and guidance.
Own and execute internal communication plans to promote PA&A initiatives, success stories, and thought leadership.
Create engaging content including newsletters, intranet posts, dashboards, and visual summaries to keep stakeholders informed and aligned.
Manage and amplify PA&A recognition programs that celebrate automation contributors and champions (e.g., monthly spotlights, Smile Awards, etc.).
Drive cultural change by promoting success stories, use cases, and testimonials across regions.
Value Realization Tracking:
Define metrics and build mechanisms to track the realized business value from automation initiatives.
Collaborate with Finance and Functional teams to validate and report on productivity, efficiency, and cost-saving outcomes.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Act as a central liaison between PA&A leadership, automation teams, and business stakeholders to ensure transparency and value delivery.
Support leadership with quarterly business reviews (QBRs), impact assessments, and strategic communication materials.
Technical Enablement:
Build, execute and maintain work plans for technology enablement related activities of business automation and process mining projects.
Engage and navigate through multiple IT and business stakeholders for driving work related to provisioning, business applications access, processes, timelines etc.
Lead and provide support for the project management, release management, change management and security assessment related work
Proactively identifies impediments, looks for pragmatic and constructive solutions to mitigate risk
Be a champion for continuous improvement and to drive efficiency
Responsibilities:Key Skills Required:
Strategic Communication & Storytelling: Ability to craft impactful internal communication, recognition narratives, and stakeholder messaging.
Governance & Framework Development: Skilled in designing and implementing governance structures for training, communication, and enablement.
Automation Literacy: Familiarity with RPA, low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Power Platform), and citizen development best practices.
Value Realization & Analytics: Proficient in defining KPIs, building value tracking mechanisms, and reporting realized business impact.
Project & Change Management: Strong understanding of release/change/security processes with ability to navigate IT and business landscapes.
Qualifications:Experience Required:
8xe2x80x9310 years in Business Analysis, Transformation, or Internal Communications, preferably in a tech-enabled function or digital COE.
Exposure to automation and process mining initiatives, working with cross-functional and global stakeholders.
Proven track record of designing training and communication strategies to support digital and tech transformation.
Exposure to IT/business enablement processes, such as provisioning, application access, and risk/governance frameworks.
Experience leading value realization or performance tracking in collaboration with Finance and operational teams.
Creating and maintaining BI solutions to help businesses make sense of their data using any analytical tools (Power BI, tableau, etc.,)
Project Management Certifications, Agile certifications and experience in Azure DevOps is a plus
