Location Country India Location Region Location City Chennai Job Details Business Analyst Location: Chennai, Pune, Hyderabad Type: Full-time Experience: 7-9 Functions: Consulting, Finance, Information Technology, Industries: Capital Markets, Investment Banking, Alternative Investments, Financial Services, Management Consulting, Information Technology and Services, Healthcare This role is accountable for: Collaborate with Product Owners and Engineers to translate business requirements into workable technology outcomes for the Squad Partner with Business/Operations users or Product Owner to validate requirements and their priority and ensure alignment to value Partnering with the Product Owner, Engineers, Testers, Release Managers and other people in your squad to uncover dependencies and validate boundaries and sequencing of User Stories Capture clear and concise requirements to promote a common understanding amongst stakeholders Facilitating meetings across a diverse range of stakeholders to receive inputs and shape solutions Guiding solution teams through build phases to ensure that the intended solution value is realised Providing early testing and feedback on solution build phases to proactively identify and resolve issues Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement solutions to perform more effective and efficient analysis Leverage tools for optimal collaboration (across geographies) and knowledge sharing Role modelling defined quality standards and promoting best practices within the team Key Responsibilities Experience in translating business requirements into documentation, including requirements and process maps Strong stakeholder management experience Proven analytical skills - evidence based decision making and ability to take information from disparate sources and formulate into a meaningful message Strong communication skills, both written and oral, to communicate business analysis outcomes and to facilitate building of strong, open and collaborative working relationships A desire to continuously learn new techniques/technologies and bring innovative ideas into the Squad Understanding of Business and Technical landscape of the project Basic understanding of integrations between two systems Exposure to Agile methodology - roles,ceremonies and deliverables Exposure to tools for capturing requirements,viewing backlogs and dashboards e.g. JIRA/Confluence Understanding of banking domain including the retail and commercial risk line of business which includes lending origination, provisioning, decisioning, risk analysis, bureau reportin Education Level Bachelor\'s Degree Experience Level 7 - 9 years
