Role: Sr Business Analyst-Cerner SchedulingExperience Required: 4 - 8 Years
Timings: 3:30 PM to 12:30 AM / 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM
Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune, ChennaiResponsibilities:Cerner Application Support:
- Incident resolution and implementation of Cerner Millennium projects.
- Configuration and troubleshooting of Cerner solution functionalities and components.
- Performing complex troubleshooting investigations, documenting notes, and creating knowledge articles.
- Gathering requirements, determining scope of work, and planning for timely delivery.
- Handling assigned time-sensitive tasks independently.
- Developing and maintaining good relationships with peers and clients.
- Providing timely feedback to encourage success.
- Demonstrating strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities in both written and verbal correspondence.
- Learning and adapting to changing landscapes, acquiring new skills with technological advancements.
- Coordinating effectively with global teams.
- Being prepared to work odd hours, on-call, and weekends as needed.
