Experience with Cerner Application support, Incident resolution, Implementation of Cerner Millennium Projects.
Experience in configuring and troubleshooting CERNER solution functionalities/Components.
Gather requirements and determine scope of work and plan for on time delivery.

Experience in support and build of ED, Firstnet and Mpages applications is required.
Experience in implementing the Emergency workflows, workflow mpages, Custom mpages and subsequent maintenance and enhancements with handson experience on Bedrock , DCPTOOLS and preference tools.
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and SmartSheets
Experience with ticketing tool ServiceNow is preferred
