Job PurposeThe Business Analysis Practice is part of the IT Services Operations Team. We work on changes which range from big Transformation & IT Projects to small enhancements to existing systems. As a member of the Business Analysis team, you will support the project team members and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. You will have an extensive Business Analysis background with proven technical and problem-solving skills, and a demonstrated track record of working across a wide range of leading enterprise software technologies across a broad spectrum of software development methodologies, including agile and waterfall approaches. You will develop and maintain a deep level of business, systems and product knowledge that allows you to support enhancements to existing systems and new software development initiatives. You may be required to work on multiple projects at one time within the Group Technology division of RWS.About Group TechnologyGroup Technology enables the organization to achieve its strategic direction whilst driving shareholder value. Our core Group Technology functions include Technical Architecture, Network & Voice, IT Security, Service Delivery, Solutions Delivery and Asset Management. Group Technology has a global presence across all regions with over 400 staff.Job OverviewKey Responsibilities

• Gathering, identifying, and documenting business requirements and processes and facilitating communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and expectations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives and deliverables
• Conduct detailed analysis of current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and propose streamlined solutions
• Create use cases, As-Is & To-Be process diagrams and other documents to support requirements
• Perform GAP analysis
• Work in close collaboration with project & technical teams to ensure requirements are understood, managed, and delivered effectively
• Obtain an understanding of relevant business areas and products and services to recommend solutions
• Analyse root causes of organisational issues and suggest appropriate resolutions
• Build trusted relationships with management, SMEs, business sponsors and third parties at different levels within the organization
• Assist with Functional and User Acceptance Testing, Governance and Sign off
• Provide the link between the customer, solution teams and any third parties regarding software functionality, throughout the development lifecycle
• Day to day management of change requests in relation to project/BAU plans to ensure agreed deadlines are met
• Manage RAID log
• Gain and maintain a detailed understanding of the business data model, workflow processes and architecture across key applications
• Assist in the preparation of business case, solution design, system acceptance tests and support handover

Skills & Experience

• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• In-depth knowledge of requirements documentation, process flows and developing business use case scenarios
• Strong communication skills & exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
• Attention to details while creating deliverables
• Must be organized and able to work unsupervised
• Must be skilled in Microsoft Office Suite including Visio
• Must have relevant professional certifications
• Proven experience of delivering medium to large projects as a BA
• Proven experience in gathering and documenting complex Business Requirements and processes
• Must have the understanding of the entire software delivery cycle and stakeholder relationship management
• Must have detailed understanding of software development methodologies like Waterfall and Agile
• Proven experience of working in CRM, HR and Finance systems will be beneficial
