• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand detailed business- and technology requirements and objectives.
• Document detailed requirements for automation solutions, associated business process changes, and working with the team to ensure business preparedness and readiness to adopt the changes.
• Collaborate with technology to interrogate the solution, ensuring it meets business needs.
• Design, develop and implement high-level innovative solutions for business problems.
• Plan and deliver change, communications, learning and engagement activities.
• Identify and communicate delivery risks, define mitigation strategies, and manage to resolution.
• Execute delivery aligned to Change Playbook

What will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:Graduate in any discipline.5-7 Years of relevant experience in Business analysis and requirement gathering with exposure to Change management or transformation initiatives.Good ability to apply change management practices, communicate direction, rationale, and outcomes clearly (bring people on the journey) and a continuous improvement approach based on feedback loopsGood stakeholder management skills, with some influencing and relationship building ability.Good analytical skills, and ability to use data to inform decision makingGood ability to identify and assess risks and comply with risk management processes and policies.So, why join us?ANZ is a place where big things happen as we work together to provide banking and financial services across more than 30 markets.
