About the Department

Supply Chain was established in March 2017 as part of Product Supply Devices & Supply Chain Management business plan towards 2020. The Business plan has three parts; Robust, Ready, Effective and Supply Chain Global Service Centre (GSC) is part of the last one focusing business through offshoring. The unit is anchored under Supply Chain Planning (SCP) in Head Quarter and is the agreed place to consolidate Supply Chain activities across Novo Nordisk. The Supply Chain offshoring journey has started in D&S, Service Delivery Catalogue is taking form and other areas within Product Supply can soon join or add to the Catalogue to optimise costs and reduce complexity by operating an effective supply chain.

The Position

As an Associate Business Analyst, you will be the MD expert responsible for ensuring high quality MD within operational master data tasks and processes. You will work close together with both MD colleagues across the organisation and stakeholders locally in the department ensuring high quality MD processes and maintenance of Line of Business (e.g., new Material, multiple items creation, project execution etc.)

Your contribution will be key for securing a strong foundation of MD in an ever-changing supply chain to enable future digitalisation.

Qualifications

We ideally expect you to hold a bachelors or masters degree in Computer science (or equivalent).

  • Masters/Bachelors within supply chain management, production or mechanical (or equivalent) from a well-recognized institute.
  • Solid SAP ECC knowledge is required and experience in process is at least 4-6 Years, SAP APO experience will be an advantage.
  • Preferable 2-3 years min experience in offshored MD processes.
  • Experience and knowledge on material master data operational tasks (maintainer tasks) but also on processes, user guides.
  • Strong stakeholder and communication skills
  • Experience user of the Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
