Business Analyst

Working on cutting edge finance technology stack with an interesting mix of BAU and Greenfield Projects. Be part of the team to work on emerging cloud-based technologies like Workday Finance and Zuora Subscription Billing System. This is an opportunity to join the finance project team with Billing focused projects on Customer Payment journeys in the global landscape with 36,000 global customers.

What this role involves

• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders for requirement gathering for billing and finance functions.
• Project stakeholders will be across the business and individual will get opportunity to interact with various teams.
• Documenting user stories/ requirements to aid in development of system architecture.
• Creating and executing test scripts and test cases based on User Stories / Requirements in a manual testing environment.
• Develop and execute test plans that thoroughly test applications and allow for quality implementation of applications.
• Document and communicate test reports and outcomes appropriately to all the concerned stakeholders.
• Assisting with analysis, problem-solving, development and delivery of maintainable and efficient software solution elements across Finance business capabilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills attitude
• Experience in a SAAS Environment is a bonus
