• Expertise in Aviation domain with knowledge in Baggage Management is a must.
• Key Roles and Responsibilities
• 10+ years of experience in Aviation industry - Baggage management solutions.
• Subject matter expertise and understanding of Products, Aviation Industry, Baggage Management etc.
• Proven experience in eliciting requirements, Thought leadership and Competitor analysis
• Liaise closely with stakeholders and obtain an understanding of their requiremen Interpret and analyze customer requirements and work on the breakdown of requirements to tasks and advise on the business logic to developers.
• Deep dive in to client requirements and must be able to do advise clients on strategies and execution
• Should proactively do Competitor analysis and should be suggest new business ideas
• Engage with onshore and offshore team to help them translate the functional requirements into technical flows.
• Interpret business requirements and define acceptance criteria.
• Support developer team in case of need for clarifications.
• Work with the team to ensure each iteration of the product is potentially shippable and ensure quality is never compromised.
• Help to build and maintain change management and release management processes.
• Conversant with creating workflows and charts, use case documents, translating business requirements and setting priorities.
• validate requirements with Product team and suggest best possible approach and solution.
• Share knowledge and expertise with team and be a proactive problem solver.
• Communicate key insights and findings to product team. Should be able to determine operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, evaluating output requirements and formats.
• Constantly be on the lookout for ways to discover issues, improve monitoring and deliver better value to the customer.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
