You will be joining the Foundational Platforms team responsible for strategy and development for the core, cross-technology software tool sets of IT Service Management, Asset Management and Risk Management. These products are vital to friction-less processes that are reliant on golden source data, and to enable intelligent use and management of the application/service estate. Foundational Platforms is responsible for driving improvement in the governance processes and exposing the data necessary to capitalize on analytics and automation opportunities. The ServiceNow Business Analyst (BA) role is responsible for Designing and Developing Technical Requirements from Functional business requirements (specifically on the ServiceNow GRC/IRM module) as proposed by the platform process owners. The ServiceNow BA should also be conducting requirements gathering workshops with resulting documentation and requirements aligned with the product roadmap. Supporting Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-up, Show &Tell and retrospectives Actively supporting the business strategy, plans and values, contributing to the achievement of a high-performance team culture Conduct Requirements gathering workshop with stakeholders and capturing business requirements Ensure the built-up functionality is aligned with ServiceNow product roadmap of Deutsche Bank and aligned with Design Authority guiding principles Your Skills And Experience ServiceNow in-depth product knowledge in one or many of the following modules (GRC/IRM) Proven experience of taking very high-level requirements and working with stakeholders of different seniorities to translate them into technical stories Experience working in Agile environment using SCRUM methodology.
