The Cepoch is looking for Sr Business Analyst with at least 5+ years of overall experience in Service Based IT Industry and minimum 5 Years as a Business Analyst expert in taking international client calls and co-ordinate project with the team of Software Developers /Mobile Application Developers.

This role is client facing as well as internally facing and is the main day-to-day contact with the implementation team and supporting client projects therefore we are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills and great Interpersonal Skills.

Required Skills Experience:

MUST have 5+ years of overall experience in Service Based IT Industry as a Business Analyst.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and mastery in English.

Good hands-on documentation like FRD, BRD, SRS, Wireframing, Feature Listing, User Stories, executing project with Agile Methodology, budget and management of client satisfaction.

Liaison between the client and the Technical Team for the successful delivery of the project.

Delegate tasks and associated responsibilities to the appropriate team.

Daily coordination with Team leads to understand and identify their issues.

Identify and analyze system requirements and define the project scope.

Identify the causes of potential project delays and ensure timely corrective action so as to ensure meeting of project deadlines agreed with customers.

Develop project plans, keep track of project milestones and deliverables.

Good in creating progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations

Analyzing clients project requirement and write use cases and user stories

Expertise in Visual Modeling i.e. work-flow diagrams or wireframe prototypes using various tools
