Business Analyst Responsibilities:
The System Analyst will handle a variety of tasks, blending procurement, financial and systems management skillsets supporting Kenvue Medical Safety Vendor Management. Primary tasks include assisting the vendor leads manage and organize financial tracking including contracts, purchase orders, invoice, and budget tracking. Additionally the Systems Analyst must have technical proficiency to develop and maintain Power BI, Power Automate, sharepoints and excel to organize all financial and contract information in an easy to use system/interface to manage and retain contract and financial information for over 100+ annual contracts. The Systems Analyst may also assist with Vendor Governance and Audit support. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining confidentiality.
• Voice Monitoring and Tracking:
+ Update the monthly tracker for Base Business file, Contractors, Vendor spends, and monitoring.
+ Consolidate copies of invoices and upload them in SharePoint.
+ Monitor invoices posted in EMP from Vendors ASPAC and North America.
• Procurement Management:
+ Handle procurement for the department, including creating PO/PR in Ariba, reaching out to vendors/suppliers, and tracking inventories.
• Vendor Contract Data Management:
+ Enhance a SharePoint-based Power App to capture and manage vendor contract data to meet evolving user requirements.
+ Ensure vendor contract data is created and maintained regularly
+ Schedule and facilitate meetings to obtain required vendor contract data and provide status updates
• Scorecards and Metrics Reporting:
+ Develop scorecards and metrics reports as directed by the Medical Safety VCM Lead.
+ Coordinate with vendors to gather necessary data.
• Government Presentation Materials:
• Assist in the development of presentation materials for governance sessions
• Audit Inspection Document Management:
+ Collect and organize audit inspection documents for Consumer Health Company
• Coordination and Support Services:
+ Perform additional coordination and support services as identified by the Medical Safety VCM Lead
• Confidentiality:
+ Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the department's dealings and activities
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Prior experience in office administration, procurement, or a similar role is a plus.
• Experience in any of the following areas: Procurement, finance, contracting.
• Ability to design and maintain Power BI/automate, sharepoints and excel templates
• Flexible and positive attitude.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Above-average written and verbal communication abilities
• Well organized with careful attenction to detail
• Independent and proficient in problem solving
• Proficiency using PC and Microsoft Office tools
