We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Communications and Project Support Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on preparing technology newsletters, facilitating effective communication, organizing meetings, and providing financial support for Purchase Orders and purchase orders preparation. The ideal candidate will also assist the project manager with dashboard creation and weekly project tracking while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in the finance industry.Key Responsibilities:

• Communication Specialist:

• Serve as a communication specialist, crafting clear and engaging messages for various audiences.

Collaborate with the Technical department to determine communication needs. * Manage internal and external communications, ensuring timely dissemination of information.Develop communications guidelines and brand voice. * Gather data and compile reports on communication effectiveness.

• Plan and produce internal and external messaging (such as newsletters, announcements, and press releases).
• Develop and prepare technology-focused newsletters.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings with project teams and stakeholders, preparing agendas and necessary documentation.
• Act as a liaison between project teams and stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and addressing inquiries as needed.

• Financial Support:

• Assist in managing financial aspects related to PR and purchase orders.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure proper documentation and reporting.

• Project Support:

• Support manager in creating and maintaining project dashboards that track progress and key metrics.
• Help with weekly project tracking and reporting to ensure alignment with project timelines and deliverables.

• Regulatory Compliance:

• Maintain a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements specific to the finance industry.
• Ensure that all documentation are maintained as per Citi TPM standards that comply with relevant regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Communications, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in communications, project support, or administrative roles, preferably within the technology or finance sectors.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with financial documentation and regulatory compliance in the finance industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
