Job Responsibilities:
  • Apply critical thinking skills and perform advanced analytics with the goal of solving complex and multi-faceted business problems utilizing the firm\'s elected analytics and visualization platforms such as Alteryx and Tableau. Large part of analytics entails mining automation opportunities across data sets such as - Manual Process Inventory, BPM/BDM data, JIRA opportunities logged and discussions with Managers
  • Metrics Delivery - KPI tracking across Intelligent Automation deliveries and OKRs; metrics and reporting for senior management; reporting benefits - project cost and value delivered; department wise inventory and cost tracking; license and infrastructure cost tracking
  • Actively contribute to the continuous learning mindset of the organization by bringing in new ideas and perspectives that stretch the thinking of the group
  • Effectively communicate with project team members and sponsors throughout the project lifecycle (status updates, gaps/risks, roadblocks, testing outcomes, etc.)

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
  • ~8 years\' experience in conducting advanced data analyses, working with large data sets, and crunching numbers
  • Ability to build relationships and leverage subject matter expertise to driving conversations and/or influence decisions/direction with Business and Technology areas
  • Proven experience leveraging job automation applications and environments (e.g., Python, Alteryx, UiPath etc.)
  • Strong PowerPoint and Data Visualization skills- we will require you to demonstrate proven experience
