Job Description

:Summary:We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and IT solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to elicit and document requirements. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate business needs into functional requirements.Responsibilities:
Conduct business process analysis to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Elicit, document, and validate business requirements.
Create detailed functional specifications and user stories.
Develop process flow diagrams and data models.
Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and meetings.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
Conduct system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Provide ongoing support to end-users.Requirements:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand and translate complex business requirements.
Experience with business process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN).
Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation techniques.
Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Experience with data analysis and modeling.
