About our Client : Our client is a leading manufacturer of high-quality concrete paver blocks, tiles,Kerbstones,V-Tick Drains and hollow blocks at their turnkey fully automatic manufacturing plant .
We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team and help us expand our market presence.
: As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for promoting and selling range of concrete paver blocks, tiles, and hollow blocks. You will work closely with Govt. officials, architects, contractors, builders, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Your technical expertise and sales skills will be crucial in driving growth and achieving sales targets. Experience in working with Govt. Sector at District/Zone/State level will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
Identify and target potential clients, including Govt. officials,architects, contractors, builders, and developers.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our products.
Provide technical support and guidance to clients on product specifications, installation procedures, and applications.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and market trends.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project details.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree/diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction materials industry.
Strong technical knowledge of concrete paver blocks, tiles, and hollow blocks.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide technical solutions to clients.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed across U.P.,M.P.,Chhatisgarh & Bihar.
