E-commerce Platform Management
• Oversee backend operations for platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and the company website.
• Ensure all product listings are accurate, visually appealing, and up to date.
• Monitor inventory, update product details, and ensure accurate pricing and promotional offers.
• Handle order processing, shipping coordination, and tracking.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints related to e-commerce platforms.
• Track and analyze sales data to optimize performance and generate reports.
Database Management
• Maintain and update records of sales, inventory, customer data, and other relevant metrics.
• Organize and analyze databases to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Product Launch Assistance
• Collaborate with the team to prepare for new product launches.
• Assist with creating launch strategies, including product descriptions and promotional campaigns.
Social Media Support
• Assist in creating engaging social media posts to promote the brand on platforms like Instagram and Facebook.
• Coordinate with the design team (if applicable) for graphics and visual content.
• Schedule posts, monitor engagement, and respond to comments and messages.
Day-to-Day Operations
• Act as a point of contact for various teams, ensuring smooth coordination.
• Manage daily administrative tasks to keep operations running efficiently.
