Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing customer and vendor relationships, ensuring the seamless execution of orders, and maintaining high standards of service and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer and Vendor Communication:

• Communicate with customers and vendors to understand their requirements for custom jerseys and other sportswear products.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns promptly.

2. Design Creation and Approval:

• Collaborate with customers to create designs that meet their specifications and preferences.
• Present design concepts to customers and vendors for approval.
• Make necessary adjustments to designs based on feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.

3. Order Management:

• Generate and manage invoices for orders.
• Coordinate the order processing workflow from initial request to final delivery.
• Ensure all order details are accurately documented and communicated to relevant departments.

4. Production and Delivery Follow-Up:

• Monitor the production status of orders to ensure timely completion.
• Provide regular updates to customers regarding the status of their orders.
• Confirm delivery dates and ensure orders are dispatched on time.

5. Payment and Dispatch:

• Confirm payment details with customers and ensure all financial transactions are processed accurately.
• Oversee the dispatch of products, ensuring they are packaged securely and delivered as per the customer's requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within the sportswear or apparel industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
